Commitment
This practice serves courts, public agencies, and families, and this website is built to be usable by everyone. The target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and conformance is treated as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time audit.
Measures taken
The site uses semantic HTML landmarks and heading structure, a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus indicators, text alternatives for meaningful images, color-contrast ratios chosen to meet AA on both light and dark surfaces, form fields with programmatic labels and error messaging, and layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling across screen sizes. Motion and animation are minimal.
Known limitations
Embedded third-party content — the map view and, when enabled, the scheduling widget — is controlled by its providers and may not meet the same standard. Every function available through an embed is also available by phone, fax, or the contact form.
