Immigration Psychological Evaluations
In immigration proceedings, a rigorous psychological evaluation can be the difference between a claim asserted and a claim documented.
Dr. Campbell conducts psychological evaluations in support of immigration matters: asylum claims, extreme-hardship waivers, medical disability waivers, VAWA petitions, and T- and U-visa applications. Evaluations document psychological findings with the specificity adjudicators and immigration judges expect — history, testing where indicated, diagnosis, and the nexus between findings and the legal standard.
She works with immigration counsel on timeline and format, and evaluations are available via telehealth throughout California.
