Purpose of this site
This website describes the forensic evaluation services of Dr. Lindsay Campbell, Psy.D., ABSNP, BCBA. Its content is informational. It is not legal advice, not clinical advice, and not a substitute for either. Use of the site, and any inquiry submitted through it, does not create an evaluator–examinee relationship, a doctor–patient relationship, or a retention — those are formed only through a written agreement or court order.
No guarantee of outcome
Forensic evaluations answer referral questions with evidence. Retaining an evaluator does not guarantee any finding, opinion, or legal outcome, and no statement on this site should be read as promising one.
Engagements
Scope of engagement, fees, scheduling, cancellation, report use, and confidentiality parameters are established in the written fee agreement or court order governing each matter, which controls over anything on this site.
Intellectual property
Site content — text, design, and imagery — belongs to its respective owners and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Quoting the site with attribution in legal filings is permitted.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for reliance on site content, for interruptions in availability, or for third-party services the site links to or embeds.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
