Scope
This policy describes how this website handles information. It covers the website only. Information gathered in the course of an evaluation, consultation, or retention is governed by the written agreements and disclosures provided at that time, by California law — including the Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) — and, where applicable, by HIPAA.
What this site collects
The site does not require accounts and does not run advertising or cross-site tracking. When you submit the referral form, we receive the information you enter: name, organization, email, phone, role, case type, jurisdiction, preferred contact method, and your description. Please do not submit detailed clinical, medical, or case-sensitive information through the form — it exists for initial contact only.
How form submissions are handled
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered by email to this office through Resend, a transactional email provider, which processes the message content in order to deliver it. Submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, run a conflict check, and — if an engagement follows — as part of the engagement record. They are not sold, and they are not shared for marketing.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure logs standard request metadata (such as IP address and user agent) for security and operations. Pages may embed a Google Maps view of the office location and, when enabled, a scheduling widget; those providers receive the technical data any embedded content receives. Fonts and icon fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry emails are retained as ordinary business correspondence. You may request a copy of, or the deletion of, an inquiry you submitted by contacting Lindsaycampbellpsyd@gmail.com. Deletion requests are honored except where a record must be kept to satisfy legal, ethical, or professional obligations.
Children
This site is directed to adults — attorneys, court personnel, clinicians, and parents. It does not knowingly collect information from children.
