Employment & Professional Licensure

Dr. Campbell performs fitness-for-duty evaluations (FFDEs) for employers and employment counsel, and court- or board-ordered evaluations for professional licensing and ethics bodies. These evaluations answer a specific referral question — can this person safely perform the essential functions of this role — and stay inside it, consistent with the ADA and FEHA standard: job-related and consistent with business necessity.

Reports are written for the administrative and legal audiences that will rely on them, with methodology and limits stated plainly.
